Welcome to the Manchester Climbing Wall Adopt a Crag event! Join us in collaboration with the JRPS and VCU OAP at Manchester Wall for a day of cleaning and maintaining our beloved local crag! We will be doing trash clean up, graffiti removal as needed, and invasive species removal along the paths to the pillars.

Let's come together as a community to give back to the crag that gives us so much joy. This in-person event is a fantastic opportunity to meet fellow climbers, learn about crag stewardship, and make a positive impact on our climbing environment. All materials needed will be provided by the JRPS including grabbers, bags, gloves, pruners, etc.

For all Adopt a Crag events, please remember:

• Wear closed toed shoes. Long sleeves and pants are recommended.

• Bring water, snacks, and extra layers for the elements.

• Be prepared to be challenged, work hard, and gain karma points!

• ​​Although we'll be outside, if you are feeling ill or have had any recent exposure to Covid please reconsider and stay home to rest up!
