Calling all volunteers to join Torne Valley Climbers’ Coalition for a Powerlinez trailwork and climbing day. Meet at 9 a.m. at the Torne Brook Road entrance, following signs for check-in tent. Work wraps up around 1 p.m. Climb and hang for the rest of the day until 4 p.m. for a BBQ lunch. Make sure to bring the usual outdoor essentials: water, sunscreen, bug spray, and snacks. We will provide work gloves, rakes, buckets, and other yard tools – but if you have your own, please do bring them.

For all Adopt a Crag events, please keep in mind the following:

• Wear closed-toed shoes. Long sleeves and pants are recommended.

• Bring water, snacks, and extra layers for the elements.

• Be prepared to be challenged, work hard, and gain sending karma points!

• Although we'll be outside, if you are feeling ill or have had any recent exposure to Covid please reconsider and stay home to rest up!

All volunteers must complete the Access Fund waiver prior to volunteering.
