Calling all volunteers to join Access Fund’s Conservation Team, Climbing Resource Advocates for Greater Sacramento, and Tahoe Climbing Coalition for an Adopt a Crag weekend at Lover’s Leap. Stewardship efforts will improve staging areas at the Lower Buttress and address major impacts from the Caldor Fire.

Meet at 9 a.m. at the Lover’s Leap Campground parking lot. Work wraps up around 3 p.m. If you can't make it on Saturday, we encourage you to join the Conservation Team during the week—they are on-site at Lower Buttress Tuesday through Sunday. Please contact stewardship@accessfund.org to sign up.

For all Adopt a Crag events, please keep in mind the following:

• Wear closed-toed shoes. Long sleeves and pants are recommended.

• Bring water, snacks, and extra layers for the elements.

• Be prepared to be challenged, work hard, and gain sending karma points!

• Although we'll be outside, if you are feeling ill or have had any recent exposure to Covid please reconsider and stay home to rest up!

All volunteers must complete the Access Fund waiver prior to volunteering.
